Hungry, Hungry Pelicans

Hello folks!

Here are some snaps taken whilst I was on holiday at the end of last year, at the beautiful beaches in Foster.

I love this collection of blue landscapes.

A few nice light leaks too! Lucky!

A day in the Blue Mountains

These were taken at the Blue Mountains the day before the wedding, in the previous post.

I had such fun with my favourite boyfriend wandering around the mountains and the little streets.

I was lucky to catch these little ducky's having some dinner.

The three sisters

Some lovely vignetting going on here.
Perfect framing for the butterfly.

A drop of sparkling in a cup...
This orange-y colour was achieved with a
 colour slide over the flash.
This effect was created using
colour slides over the flash.
And again I forgot to wind the film all the way.
So this photo is actually
1 photo with a half photo on the top.

Thanks for looking!

Wedding bells and Perfect posies

Here are some photos that were taken in the sunny Blue Mountains at my friends wedding.

I think they turned out a real treat!

Speaking of treats, I have never been to a more delicious wedding, it was filled with beautiful little cupcakes, amazing coconut ice party favours and of course a yummy wedding cake.

Dont weddings just make you feel warm and fuzzy inside?

Stay tuned for my next post!

Springtime in Galston

This selection of photo's are from my very first roll of 120mm film. These were all shot in the lovely country-ish area of Galston, Sydney.

I'd like to say thanks to the Peach Farmer for your box of peaches for a bargain $5.

They were acidic but delicious.

I wish i made some jam or a cake with them.

The vibrant colour in these flowers is thanks to the beautiful sunny day!
Sunny enough to create light leak in the top right corner.
Lovely!

This double exposure was by complete accident.
This effect can be created by not winding the film forward to the next photo.
So, essentially you are taking two photo's on top of each other.

Sunny Skies at Luna Park

First and foremost, welcome to my blog!

This is my very first post and I figured that I would make my debut to the blogging world with some of my favourite photos taken on a sunny and sparkly day in Luna Park Sydney.

Please feel free to comment and stay tuned for up coming posts!!

Seeing as this was the first photo on the role,
I'm not sure why it was affected by the light leak...
it should have been the most protected.

More numbers due to light leaks.

A photo of my reflection in the warped mirrors.
The white blur is quite a nice effect.
This is due to the sun reflecting off the mirror back into my camera.

More light leaks...
I didn't do a very good job of winding this role of film.

Thanks for looking. Stay tuned for my next posts!
